Underground Monsters is a speculative storytelling project that transforms the hidden emotions of London commuters into imaginary creatures living beneath the city.

Millions of journeys take place beneath London every day. Most appear ordinary: waiting, rushing, losing signal, missing trains and avoiding eye contact.
But every journey leaves something behind—anxiety, loneliness, exhaustion, impatience or quiet relief.
